Ar88 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the ar88 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the ar88 platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ar88 platform.
Use of the ar88 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following criteria:

Ar88 reserves the right to deny or terminate access for any user found not to meet the eligibility criteria above, without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the ar88 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. ar88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Prohibited Use
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's systems;
- Using the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful activity;
- Sharing your account with others or allowing anyone else to use your account.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the ar88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the funds used for deposits are legitimate and solely owned by the user.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount and accepted payment methods are displayed on your account's deposit page. ar88 accepts deposits via various local e-wallets and bank transfers. All successfully credited deposits are final and cannot be reversed by the user once the transaction is completed.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established account verification procedures. ar88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise stated. ar88 reserves the right to reject or delay any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
Taxes & Fees
Users are solely responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations arising from winnings or transactions made through the ar88 platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

The ar88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or freedom from technical errors. ar88 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss that are beyond our reasonable control.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ar88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any term set out in this document;
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
- Requests from relevant authorities.
In the event of account closure due to a serious breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation, or forfeited at ar88's discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ar88 platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, interface design, and brand names, is the exclusive property of ar88 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from ar88.
